Southern Tier Podiatry is centrally located in Broome County, in the Southern Tier of New York. Our office is located within the Vestal Executive Park, which is directly across from Binghamton University, on the Vestal Parkway. The entrance to the parking lot of Vestal Executive Park is accessed from Old Vestal Road/Vestal Road and Bunn Hill Road. Our building is #4104, and is the building closest to the Rt. 201 Bridge.

FROM ROUTE 17 East or West:
Take exit #70S for Johnson City/Route 201S. Continue towards Vestal on Route 201S, and then take the exit for Vestal Road. At end of off-ramp, turn right onto Old Vestal Road and then turn left into the Vestal Executive Park.
FROM JOHNSON CITY TRAFFIC CIRCLE:
Take exit towards Vestal/Route 201S. Continue on Route 201S, and then take the exit for Vestal Road. At end of off-ramp, turn right onto Old Vestal Road and then turn an immediate left into the Vestal Executive Park.
FROM ROUTE 434/VEsTAL PARKWAY WEST:
Continue on Parkway until Bunn Hill Road intersection and then turn left. You can then enter Vestal Executive Park from Bunn Hill Road, by turning right into the parking lot, or continue up to the traffic light, turn right onto Vestal Road. Take immediate right turn into the Vestal Executive Park.
FROM ROUTE 434/VESTAL PARKWAY EAST:
Continue on Parkway until Bunn Hill Road intersection (just past the Main Binghamton University entrance) and then turn right. You can then enter Vestal Executive Park from Bunn Hill Road, by turning right into the parking lot, or continue up to the traffic light, and turn right onto Vestal Road. Take immediate right turn into the Vestal Executive Park.
FROM OLD VESTAL ROAD WEST:
Continue past Staples/Olums Plaza and straight through the Bunn Hill Road traffic light/intersection. Take the next immediate right into the Vestal Executive Park.
FROM OLD VESTAL ROAD EAST:
Continue Past NYSEG, and go under the Route 201 Overpass. Take the next left turn into the Vestal Executive Park.
After You Turn Into the Parking Lot…
From Bunn Hill Road Entrance: Turn RIGHT into the lot, and drive straight past the 1st Brick Office Building, then drive past the Old Vestal Road entrance, towards the 2nd Brick Building (Lourdes Building), and follow drive AROUND the Lourdes Building towards the 3rd Brick Building, which is #4104…park in the front, side or back of the building, we are #104.
From Old Vestal Road Entrance: Turn LEFT and FOLLOW THE DRIVE AROUND THE LOURDES BUILDING, TOWARD BUILDING #4104. There is an entrance on BOTH sides of the building. The larger parking area is behind the building ,closest to the Vestal Parkway.
